Inputs you provide to VCReady.pro are stored securely to generate your valuation report and to email it to you. We do not sell or share individual company data with any third party — including investors, accelerators, or data brokers. Aggregated, anonymised sector data may be used to improve our benchmarks.

For deletion of your data, email hello@vcready.pro from the same address used to generate the report.

Terms of Service

VCReady.pro is a self-service tool that produces a market-calibrated valuation range using publicly available benchmarks and the inputs you provide. The range is an indicative estimate and not financial, legal, or tax advice. Final valuations are negotiated between founders and investors and depend on factors not modelled here.

By using this service you confirm that the inputs you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge. VCReady.pro is not liable for outcomes derived from the report, including but not limited to dilution, term-sheet negotiations, or downstream investor decisions.

Refunds

Refund Policy

The investor-ready PDF is a digital deliverable generated immediately on payment. As such, payments are non-refundable once the PDF has been generated and either downloaded or emailed to the address on file.

If the report fails to generate or you do not receive the email within 24 hours, write to hello@vcready.pro with your payment reference and we will either re-deliver the report or refund the full amount.

Methodology

How the range is built

We run up to eight valuation methods in parallel — ARR / revenue multiple, VC method, DCF, Rule of 40, Scorecard, Berkus, Bill-Payne Scorecard, and Risk Factor Summation — and blend the outputs using weights calibrated to your stage and sector. The base sector multiples are derived from 12,000+ funded rounds in the Indian early-stage market and are refreshed quarterly.
